999ba Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our Commitment
Gaming should be fun, not a source of problems. 999ba is always ready to help you play within safe limits — with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 Bangla support.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Our Policy and the Reasons Behind Your Protection
Online betting and casino gaming are a popular form of entertainment. However, like any form of entertainment, they should be enjoyed within limits. 999ba believes that responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is our fundamental duty to every player.
We know that gambling or betting can become addictive for some people. That is why at 999ba we provide various protective tools — such as deposit limit settings, a self-exclusion option, and a time-out feature — so you can always stay in control. Our 24/7 Bangla support team is always ready to be by your side for any concern.
The core of responsible gaming is this — gaming is a source of fun, not a source of income. Set your budget before each session, be prepared to lose, and never chase losses by placing more bets.
For Those Aged 21 or Older Only
All services at 999ba are strictly for individuals aged 21 or older. Opening an account or gaming by minors is completely prohibited. We regularly take steps to verify age and investigate any suspicious accounts.
Our Protection Tools
Features 999ba provides to keep you safe
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it will not be possible to deposit more than that amount. This is the most effective way to control your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a specific waiting period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem for you, use the self-exclusion option. Your account can be blocked for a set period — 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets, and you will not receive any promotional communications.
Time-Out Feature
A lighter alternative to self-exclusion is the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily closed for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. A short break often helps clarify the situation and is useful for maintaining a healthy distance from gaming.
Reality Check Reminder
It is easy to lose track of time during long gaming sessions. 999ba's reality check feature will remind you at set intervals how long you have been playing. These notifications keep you aware and give you the opportunity to take a break on time.
Loss Limit
Set a loss limit to stop placing bets after losing a specific amount. For example, if you set a daily loss limit of ৳2,000, you will not be able to place any more bets that day once you have lost that amount. This is a smart way to protect yourself from larger losses.
24/7 Bangla Support
Do not hesitate to talk about gaming problems. 999ba's support team is available in Bangla 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Get immediate help through live chat or let us know your concern by email — we are always here for you.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Follow these rules and enjoy gaming

- Before each gaming session, set a fixed time and money limit and stick to it.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income — it is simply a form of entertainment.
- Do not game while drinking alcohol or under the influence of any substance — it increases the risk of poor decisions.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- If you lose, do not let emotions take over — assess the situation with a calm head.
- Do not pressure anyone else to game, and never allow minors to play.
- Actively use 999ba's protection tools — they are built for you.
